A nicotine pouch craving tracker you can actually use.
Record the moment, what was happening, how the craving felt, what you did next, and what changed. Use the blank log on paper or copy the short version into Notes. Nothing you write is entered on this website or sent to Fendo.
Blank nicotine pouch craving log
Use a 1–10 personal rating for intensity, where 1 means very mild for you and 10 means the strongest you would personally rate it. It is a reflection aid, not a clinical score.

This made-up entry shows the format without pretending every action lowers a craving.

| 3:15 PM | Long work session | Restless | 7 | Stepped away and drank water | 7 | No change this time; record it honestly. |
How the same record works in Fendo
In the current released iPhone app, open Check in and choose I feel like using a pouch. Fendo asks for craving strength from 1–10, a feeling, and a situation. You can then choose an alternative or record using a pouch. After a non-pouch action, Fendo asks for intensity again and saves the completed record in Diary.

These are Fendo’s current public App Store screenshots, checked against released version 1.0.2 on September 28, 2026. The first image shows the Check in entry points; the second shows aggregate Insights rather than an individual Diary entry.
Questions about tracking in Fendo
What does a completed craving record include?
A completed non-pouch craving record can include the starting and afterward intensity, feeling, situation, and the strategy used. Diary keeps the individual entry; Insights can summarize recorded patterns.
What if I use a pouch?
You can record it as Pouch used. Fendo updates the relevant estimated progress totals without deleting the Grove trees or rewards you already earned.
Where is the diary stored?
Fendo does not require an account. Diary and ongoing craving records stay on your device. See the app privacy policy for the complete data practices.
Is Fendo free?
Fendo is an iPhone app for adults 18+ and requires an active subscription. This webpage and its blank craving-log template are free to use.
